ART. 1 – ORGANIZATION
The 100th Edition of Tre Valli Varesine is organized by the S.C. A Binda S.s.d a R.l. – President Mr. Renzo Oldani – + 39 348 5154216 – + 39 338 1819530 and based in Varese Piazza Milite Ignoto, 4 – mail: email@example.com – press. firstname.lastname@example.org – email@example.com) Organization’s Director: Mr. Giuseppe Rivolta +39 335 6936362 – Security Manager Mr. Paolo Cortelezzi + 39 347 6462213 The race takes place on October 5, 2021 according to the International Cycling Union’s Regulations (UCI) and UCI’s table of infringements and penalties.
ART. 2 – RACE CATEGORY
The race is reserved to the Elite Men Category and registered in the UCI Europe Tour Calendar as Class 1ProSeries. According to the UCI rules assignes the following points to the first 40 riders on the finish Line: 200 – 150 – 125 – 100 – 85 – 70 – 60 – 50 – 40 – 35 – 30 – 25 – 20 – 15 – 10 – 5 from 16th to 30th – 3 from 31th to 40th place – in the UCI Men Elite /MU World classification.
ART. 3 – PARTICIPATION
In accordance the UCI 2.1.005 art., the race shall be allowed to the following teams: UCI World Teams – UCI Pro Teams – UCI Continental Teams – National Team. According to the UCI 2.2.003 art. the teams must be composed with at least of five (5) riders and a maximum of seven (7). However the Organizer, in order to the protection of his image and his race reputation could refuse, with Commissaires’ Panel agreement, till to the start time or also during the race, riders or Teams that damages, with their own acts or statements, the main rules of fair play and competition regularity. as is wrote in the UCI 1.2.079 art.
ART. 4 – START SECRETARIAT
Start’s Secretariat is held on October 4, 2021 from 1 to 8 p.m. at EOLO Company – via Gran. S. Bernardo, 12 in Busto Arsizio (Va). The meeting of confirmation of the riders in the start, and collection of numbers by the Team Managers, organized according to the UCI art. 1.2.087 and 2.2.093 in the presence of the Commissaires Panel, will be held in the same Secretariat from 5 to 6.15 p.m. The Team Managers’ Technical Meeting, with the Commissaires Panel and Organizer Director, is scheduled at 6.30 p.m. always at EOLO Company. The Start’s Secretariat on October 5, 2021 will be open from 9 a.m. (EOLO Company) and the Meeting with all race’s drivers is scheduled at 10 a.m. The Arrival’s Secretariat will be in Varese’s Camera Commercio, Piazza Monte Grappa (200 mt. on the right after the finish line), from 12 a.m. till the end of press works.
ART. 5 – RADIO TOUR
The information of the race will be gave on 149.850 MHz. frequency.
ART. 6 – NEUTRAL CARS
The technical support service will be assured by Previtali Team, with 3 cars and a one motorbike.
ART. 7 – TIME LIMIT
All the riders arrived within a time limit of 8%, relative to the time of the winner, will be classified. The time limit may be increased in exceptional circumstances by the Commissaires’ Panel in agreement with the Organizer.
ART. 8 – PRIZE POOL
Prizes (UCI rule) for the first 20 riders classified: 1° € 7.515,00 – 2° € 3.760,00 – 3° € 1.875,00 – 4° €
935,00 – 5° € 745,00 – 6° € 565,00 – 7° € 565,00 – 8° € 375,00 – 9° € 375,00 – du 10° au 20° € 190,00 –
for a total of Euros 18.800,00.
ART. 9 – ANTIDOPING
It will be applied for entirety the UCI – ITA regulations and also the expected provisions of Italian law. The locals and structures are organized in the Varese’s Camera Commercio (200 mt. on the right after the Finish Line).
ART. 10 – AWARD CEREMONY
According the UCI 1.2.112 art. must be present at the official ceremony, within 10’ of their race end, the 1st, the 2nd, the 3rd place on the Finish Line. The winner of the100th Tre Valli Varesine will must be present at the press room after the Ceremony (Varese’s Camera Commercio).
ART. 11 – TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
The race takes place according to the attached kilometric schedules, general and final plans, general and final altimetry, maps of start and finish areas.

ART. 13 – START RACE
On October 5, 2021 the riders start meeting will be from the 10.40 till 11.45 a.m. at EOLO Company via Gran S. Bernardo 12, Busto Arsizio (Va). Unofficial start at 12.00 a.m.
ART. 14 – VEHICLES
Each team cannot have more than one car in the race. Furthermore, only people who have been reported at the time of collection of the badge holder of their respective vehicle can follow the race. Any changes and additions must be communicated to the Director of the Organization. Accredited drivers of cars and motorcycles must comply with the rules of the UCI Regulations, and in any case with the rules of the Italian Highway Code. They must also comply with the provisions of the Director of the Organization and his staff. People who aren’t recognized by the Organizers with functions related to the various services will not be able to follow the race, same for people under the age limit. All vehicles must be equipped with radios to receive Radio Tour.
ART. 15 – FEEDING ZONES – GREEN ZONES
They are established Green Zones and Feeding Zones. They will be a subject of specific information at the moment of the Team Managers’ Meeting.
ART. 16 – ECOLOGY
We remind all team managers that their riders, and they themselves must comply with the general conditions relating to the ecology and environmental protection, The previous article 15 completes the respect due to the environment as image and development (UCI art, 2.3.025 and following).
ART. 17 – CARS DEVIATIONS
The cars deviation (300 mt. on the right before the Finish Line) is mandatory for all vehicles except those of the Director of Organization, Commissaires, Medical Service, Organization Special cars.
ART. 18 – MEDICAL SERVICES
Medical service will be carried by the doctors appointed from the Organizer who make use qualified people, four ambulances, three of which with important mobile and fast center rescue. The list of hospitals in the area of the race is shown in the Technical Guide.
ART. 19 – RACE ORGANIZER DIRECTION
The functions of Direction Organization in the race will be look after by Mr.: Giuseppe Rivolta, Claudio Rigo. Silvio Pezzotta.
ART. 20 – RESPONSIBILITY
The Organizers cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from accidents occurring before, during and after the race to spectators, people and things in general, even if unrelated to the event. Especially if the damages are due to negligence or irregularities both on the part of individual spectators, people in general and participants of the race.
ART. 21 – RIGHTS AND DUTIES
Each participant in the race must be aware of their rights but also of their duties and sporting sanctions for any violations or fraud.
ART. 22 – ORGANIZATION DIRECTORS – RACE
The race takes place under the Organization Director control who has the competence to take, in agreement with the President of the Commissaires’ Panel, any decision he deems necessary to ensure the race runs smoothly and the safety of the participants. The President of the Commissaires Panel, with the collaboration of the other members of the Jury, assumes the direction and sporting control of the race.
ART. 23 – LEGAL ADVICE
For any unforeseen situation, the UCI Regulations, the FCI Regulations and the provisions of Italian Laws are applicable. Furthermore, the specific Italian, regional and local laws regarding prevention, control, treatment and responsibility relating to the “Covid 19” pandemic must be respected, for which each Doctor and each Team Manager of the individual Teams respond directly for their athletes.
